Terms of Service

These terms outline how AIT PARK works with clients across branding, website design, app development, UI/UX, digital marketing, analytics, support, and custom technical engagements.

1. Engagement Scope

Each project begins with a proposal, estimate, or written agreement that defines deliverables, timeline expectations, revision scope, communication method, and commercial terms. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate or change request.

2. Payments and Scheduling

Project timelines are reserved once both parties approve the commercial terms and the agreed deposit or advance payment is received. Milestone billing, retainer billing, or monthly support billing may be used depending on the service model.

3. Revisions and Approvals

Reasonable revisions are included according to the active project scope. Additional rounds, new ideas introduced after approval, or late-stage directional changes may affect delivery schedules and pricing.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and required assets.
  • Review deliverables within the agreed approval window.
  • Ensure lawful use of provided content, data, and third-party assets.
  • Maintain access to required accounts, domains, hosting, or app store credentials where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Unless otherwise agreed, final approved deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, while AIT PARK retains rights to internal methods, reusable components, planning documents, and general know-how. Both parties should respect confidential information shared during an engagement.

6. Support, Warranty, and Liability

Post-launch support is handled according to the active package or maintenance agreement. We aim for reliable delivery, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, platform changes, or outcomes driven by external tools and vendors.

7. Cancellation, Disputes, and Refunds

A paid project includes a $10.00 processing fee. This fee covers payment and administrative handling and is non-refundable after payment, including when both parties agree to cancel or when a client is dissatisfied with the work.

  • A cancellation request does not cancel an order automatically. AIT PARK Support reviews the agreed requirements, project messages, submitted work, revision history, and evidence from both parties.
  • If the delivered work materially meets the agreed requirements, support may reject the cancellation, mark the order complete, or require an appropriate additional revision.
  • If the work materially fails to follow the agreed requirements and cannot reasonably be corrected, support may approve cancellation and refund the eligible project amount.
  • An approved refund excludes the $10.00 processing fee and is normally sent within 5–10 business days after the support decision. Payment-provider or bank processing may require additional time.

Support decisions are based on the written project scope and available evidence. These rules do not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
